So we had a playdate (swimming) with some of my cute girls, and after they left David and I are in the kitchen and see...there is a leak in our ceiling. coming from the master bathroom.. Lovely, thats all i have to say!!! Adventures in the Hoopes house. Thank goodness we are still in our 1 year warranty cuz it aint my money!!!!!

And while we waited for the plumber we made Virgin margaritas.. Yippee.. Can't you tell it really stressed us out

Wow! You have a sunburn! You look so cute and toasty. Sorry about your ceiling. At least it's covered!

Oh, what a pain. I had that happen - our A/C was backed up and clogged (we had no idea) until our ceiling in our front hallway was soaking wet! it was conference Sunday and I called a guy in our ward (who owns apartment complexes and knows a lot about maintenance) just to ask "What do we do now?" And he offered came over between sessions and fixed the leaks (We had 40 gallons of water backed up in our air ducts - it was amazing to see that pouring out of our ceiling into trash cans). We just then had to have a sheetrock guy fix the hole.

I hate house problems. So lucky you are still under waranty!

Oh, I forgot to mention - I got the dresses from "hartstrings" outlet (normally sells in high end boutiques and Nordstrom, etc.) in Castle Rock, CO. They have an outlet in Anthem. It is hard to see in the pictures but they are so detailed - heavy cotton eyelet, lots of pin tucks, nicely lined - We got them for about $15!!! Regular prices were $70-80 or so. We added the silk sashes to add color - they button closed in the back - it is really sweet.

Ugh--so glad you were still under warranty!! Hope it wasn't too bad of a leak and that it got taken care of completely and quickly!!
