MEMORIES???

Here are the rules:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you & I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog & see how many people leave a memory about you.
It should be funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you are playing the game & I'll come to your blog & leave one about you (or if you don't have a blog I will e-mail you my memory!) I am following Whitney & Aunt vonnie who both posted this, it looked like fun, I hope you'll play along!

I remember the first time we met, you had a tag on and I thought you were a missionary. You were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dances were fun, and you introduced me to the burritos at Albertos!!!

I remember the first time I met you. I thought you were so cute and I Dave was a lucky guy. Dave and I hung out a little while James was always at work and he would always talk about you and so I was excited to finally meet you. I think we went to the mall in IF and I finished paying for James ring or bought it and then we went to Taco Bell to eat. It was so fun talking to you and just hanging out. I was excited for you guys to live in Rexburg with us so that we would have lots of time to hang out and be friends. There were definitely some good times.

Your story telling is the best! Hearing your funny tales (true, but FUNNY) always makes me laugh SO hard I end up crying rivers of tears--the check forged in pencil; reptile dysfunction; the heirloom rocking chair that is how old?; etc, etc.

My memories of you start when you were engaged to David. I have a darling picture of you & Erin draped in toilet paper at your combined bridal shower. It was a fun time with 2 cute brides to be. Then on your wedding day in your ballerina style wedding gown, so pretty & young. Always happy & fun to be with.

I remember the first time I met you at my house during a V.T. appointment. I remember thinking, "Man can this gal talk!" You are so fun to talk to, such a great person, and still never runs out of stuff to talk about. I too love all of your great stories!

I remember Christmas Eve 2003 in the Provo Townhome - you, David, me and Doug stayed up playing card games, "waiting" for Santa...loads of holiday fun. There were also a lot of Sunday dinners with you guys - you never hesitated to welcome me into your home (or your family)...even before I was officially a "Hoopes". And, of course, there have been our many, many talks.

I remember when you worked at RBC and were just investigating the Church... I thought you were a member!! It's funny Karyann... because you are one of those people that I KNOW, I have known you longer than our time spent together here on earth... We have memories of time spent together in the pre-existance... we just don't remember them!! YET!! Love you... your still such a doll and you are taking care of David and your family so well... So glad we got back in touch!! Love you! Meg
